★1. Getting in Touch
✧Once you submit a commission request, I’ll review it and reach out to you in your preferred way if your project is a good fit.
★2. Securing Your Spot ($50 Deposit)
✧To officially save your spot, I require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This protects my time and energy and goes toward your final commission total. Your commission spot isn’t reserved until the deposit is received. Deposits are refundable only within 48 hours of payment and before work begins.

★3. Sharing Your Vision
✧I’ll ask for reference images or any details about your idea, the more, the better! This helps me understand your vision and gives me a clear sense of the time and care your piece will take. If you don't have any references that's okay!
★4. Pricing & Deposit
✧After we talk through your concept and agree upon the final subject matter, I’ll give you a total price estimate. If you decide to add new elements or make changes after the price is set, the total cost may be adjusted accordingly. After agreeing upon the price and subject of the work, a 50% deposit of the total cost is needed before I start your piece.
★5. Timeline & Progress
✧Once your deposit is confirmed, I’ll give you a rough idea of how long your piece will take. I’ll keep you updated along the way timing can shift a bit depending on complexity and demand, but you’ll always know where we’re at.
★6. Rough Sketch & Feedback
✧You’ll get a rough sketch first! This is just to show placement, layout, and general ideas. You can give feedback here, and I’ll make adjustments based on your feedback. This is the best stage of the process to request changes, adjust details. Once we’ve agreed on the direction of the rough sketch, I’ll create a refined final sketch for your approval before moving on to the finished inked artwork.
★7. Final Sketch Approval
✧Once we agree on the overall design, I’ll create a polished final sketch. Some of the finer details and shading will be added during the inking process.
